DELIVERY
The delivery times provided by D2D Cycling are estimates only. D2D Cycling will not be held accountable for late deliveries or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available, though we will contact you in such circumstances. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. D2D Cycling cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES
Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. D2D Cycling does not have any control over these charges or unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
D2D Cycling will happily exchange or refund your item according to the criteria outlined on the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ information page. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the conditions set out on the page. Refunds and exchanges are not available on free promotional items.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If notified before the goods have been dispatched, D2D Cycling can accommodate for order cancellations. If items have been shipped, then customers can only have their order cancelled after they have been returned to us. Such returned items or orders must meet the criteria outlined on the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ information page. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, D2D Cycling reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the listed product at the incorrect price. D2D Cycling reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or Paypal charged. If your credit card or Paypal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, D2D Cycling shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card or Paypal account in the amount of the charge.
